Installing the BD Access Portal Client Application

The BD Access Portal (BD AP) client application is bundled with the installers for FlowJo™ v11 and Infinicyt™ software. It is a separate application that manages the authentication of FlowJo v11 and/or Infincyte software.

To Install the BD Access Portal Client:

1. Download the appropriate installer for your operating system. Links:

2. Run the installer and follow the directions linked below to install both bundled applications with default selections. *

*We highly recommend installing all appplications in the default location suggested by the installer (Program Files on Windows OS, Applications on Mac). If you do not have permissions to install in the default location on your computer, please reach out to the IT group at your organization for assistance.
