Description
Creates summary plots based on Phenograph, FlowSOM, or X-Shift clustering and illustrates those populations overlaid on a tSNE, UMAP, or TriMap embedding visualization.
*** Do not use the Cluster Explorer plugin with the latest version of FlowJo. As of FlowJo 10.10 and newer, ClusterExplorer is built in and does not require the plugin. Cluster Explorer Plugin v1.7.6 is only compatible with FlowJo v10.9. If employing older versions of FlowJo (v10.8.2 or earlier), please use ClusterExplorer Plugin v1.7.4.
