Embed FlowSOM maps into 2D space

Description

Efficiently embed FlowSOM maps into 2D space for additional population resolution from high dimensional datasets. EmbedSOM will now compute its own embedding to generate a SOM as well as allow for the use of tSNE or UMAP landmark generation which can be used in place of a SOM to quickly generate the low-dimensional visualization. **Note: The EmbedSOM plugin version 1.3 & 2.0 will work with R version 4.1 and up and FlowSOM R package version 2.0 and up. Use plugin version 1.1 for earlier versions of R and FlowSOM. EmbedSOM plugin version 2.2.0 will work with FlowSOM plugin version v4.0.0 and up. Use plugin version 2.1.7 for FlowSOM plugin version 3.0.18.
