Description

The Mutual Nearest Neighbors (MNN) algorithm is designed to correct variation due to batch processing occurring within shared populations across different samples in high dimensional data. The algorithm was originally developed by Haghverdi et al. for use on single cell RNA sequencing data. This FlowJo MNN Plugin implements the MNN algorithm for use on flow cytometry data.
