Premessa

Premessa is a tool to edit the parameter and/or stain names of an FCS file if these were incorrectly written from the cytometer.

Description

Sometimes, over the course of a study, cytometer acquisition parameter settings may get adjusted or changed incorrectly, altering one or more parameter names that are saved to the FCS files. Premessa can be used to unify the parameter names between FCS files, enabling the application of the same FlowJo gating strategy, which depend on exact parameter names.
