TCR / BCR sequencing data analysis is now made possible by a new plugin, the VDJ Explorer! This tool allows researchers to explore B Cell and T Cell clonotype diversity in SeqGeq where V(D)J sequencing meta-information is available. Produces new visualizations and filters clonotype specific sub-populations for incredible depth of analysis.
