Components of the Graph Window

The graph window in FlowJo allows users to quickly gate, navigate, and add statistics to populations using intuitive menu bars and icons. The Graph Window provides an interface to begin gating your populations, adding statistics, and is the first step in creating your hierarchical tree in the workspace.
