FlowJo and Sony Files

SONY use similar acquisition software on the EC800 and SH800 cytometers. Both produce FCS 3.0 compliant files. However, Eclipse SW rescales the data in the acquisition display without changing the stored values.  FlowJo v10 rescales the data based on its understanding of the acquisition display.

The SONY SY3200 uses WinList for acquisition. There is no difference between the acquisition software and the data display in FlowJo for this machine.

The Spectral Cell Analyzer SP6800 uses new software developed by Sony that is unique to spectral cytometers.
