Experiment Band

The Plate Editor Experiment Band facilitates experiment-level annotation as well as the movement of keyword-value pairs from workspace groups to the plate and vice versa.

Annotate Experiment

Brings up the MIFlowCyt annotation tool allowing you to add experimental details.

Read Attributes from Group

Assigns the keywords from the data files in the currently selected group in the workspace to the wells in the plate editor. This allows you to create a plate setup from data to use again or to add annotation to a plate of data.

Apply Plate Keywords to Group

Assigns the keywords from each well to the samples in the workspace in sorted order, i.e. A1 assigns to sample 1, A2 assigns to sample 2, etc.
