The Plate band located in the plate editor contains a list of plates created by the user. From this band the user can choose which plate to view, delete plates, and create new plates. Rename a Plate by double-clicking a table in the list, a user may rename a plate.
New (+)
Creates a new, blank plate. You will be taken to this new plate upon creation, which by default will be named “Plate.” You may name by double-clicking on o the name it in the list to the right of the icon.
Duplicate
Creates a duplicate of whichever plate is currently selected in the plate list. By default, this duplicate table will be named the same as the original followed by “-1″. Duplicating the table a second time will create a table with the original name followed by “-2″ and so on.
Delete (-)
Delete the plate that is currently selected in the list.
